No Show: No Shows will result a fee of 100% of your service total. Additionally, kindly note this fee will be charged on the credit card on file.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Kindly allow 72 hours notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result a cancellation fee of 100% of your service total.

Laser, Forma & BodyFX appointments: Kindly allow 72 hours notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment failure to provide sufficient notice will result a cancellation fee of 100% of your service total. Additionally, kindly note this fee will need to be paid prior to booking a new appointment.

Packages: All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Retail: All retail products are final sale. No exchange or refund. Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchase price must be greater than equal to certificate value. Gift Certificates are not applicable on retail products.
